Our Production Flow
1. Fabric Sourcing
Production begins with selecting high-quality fabrics from trusted and approved suppliers. Every batch is inspected for GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and durability to ensure it meets international quality standards. Ethical sourcing and sustainable material choices remain at the core of our fabric procurement.
2. Cutting
After fabric approval, precision cutting is carried out using automated cutting systems and manual inspections. Patterns, markers, and lay planning are optimized to reduce wastage while ensuring every panel matches design specifications. Accuracy at this stage forms the foundation of a perfectly fitted garment.
3. Sewing
Our stitching lines are equipped with advanced industrial machines, including Juki, Jack, overlock, flatlock, and specialized units. Skilled operators execute each seam with precision, ensuring strong construction and consistent stitch quality. Supervisors monitor workflow through ERP-based tracking for real-time productivity and efficiency.
4. Finishing
Once stitching is completed, garments enter the finishing department for trimming, thread removal, pressing, and minor corrections. Automated steam irons and finishing stations give garments their final shape, look, and drape. Every piece is rechecked to ensure it meets client specifications before moving to QC.
5. Quality Control
Quality is monitored at every stage, but the final QC process includes AQL-based inspections, internal audits, measurements, visual checks, and functional testing. We offer optional third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) for clients who require external certification and validation.
6. Packing & Dispatch
Finished garments are folded, tagged, barcoded, and packed based on client requirements. We use sustainable packing options wherever possible. The logistics team ensures timely dispatch through domestic and international shipping partners, enabling clients to receive products safely and on schedule.
